In this role, you ll partner with Loft s people managers to support learning, growth and development initiatives, and creating experiences and programs that enable and inspire our teams to do their best work.

What You'll Do:
Work closely with the VP People & EU Director of People Ops to refine and execute on our Loft People Strategy, with a focus on continuous iteration and improvement of our most important products:
our company and our employee experienceServe as a partner and coach to Loft s leaders and managers in the US, focused on navigating strategic and complex People questions, including organizational design, scaling, retention strategies, leadership development, manager effectiveness, compensation, performance, engagement and culture transformationGuide and coach leaders and managers, through programs & 1:
1 s, in the leadership and organization of their teams (talent identification/retention, performance success, training, organizational design, leadership development) Drive education and efforts on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at a local and global level Partner closely with other functions, including Recruiting, People Operations and Finance to design, pilot and scale high impact and innovative People programs (e.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
