Assist in design & plan layout of large-scale urban design & revitalization projects.
Serve as a point of contact for SOM client, Local Planning Institute (LPI), local project team, specialty consultants, suppliers & contractors in China.
Prepare site plans, master plan reports, & guidelines for land dvlpmnt, coordinating arrangement of existing & proposed land features & structures.
Collaborate with urban designers or related professionals on overall site development to maximize the aesthetic features of project areas & surrounding land & to improve livability.
Identify and select appropriate sustainable design strategies for use in master plans.
Prepare, review & communicate project memos, correspondence, technical docs, contracts & schedules for professional services.
Communicate tasks to the project team.
Schedule & conduct technical coordination & presentations meetings.
This position requires a Master's degree or frgn equiv in Urban Design, City Planning or a rltd field & 3 yrs of urban design & physical planning exp.
Position also requires:
3 yrs of exp w/site planning, zoning, infrastructure & utility planning, & sustainable design practices; 2 yrs exp in the China urban design market; 2 yrs exp preparing & presenting RFPs & RFQs for new project opportunities; 2 yrs exp w/ MS Office, Autocad, InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
