Leasing Agent
We are seeking energetic, sales superstars to join our leasing agents' team! ________________________________________
Responsibilities:
-Lease apartments and sell services to prospective tenants -Accurately prepare and complete leasing agreements and other administrative paperwork -Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and competition properties -Assist with planning and hosting open house events -Use sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic -Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data and other computer data entry as necessary SKILLS Excellent written/oral communication skills Excellent at both phone and in-person sales Flexible; collaborative, ability to work with all levels of a multi-faceted corporation Extreme attention to detail Strong work ethic Self-motivated and hard-working High-energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment Experience using Yardi a plus
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred 2 plus year of sales and customer service experience, leasing experience a plus Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
This is a full time position that includes a weekend schedule www.
