JOB SUMMARY PRINCIPAL DUTIES Financial Oversight Review and analyze property operating reports on a monthly basis.
Prepare periodic reports analyzing reserve funding, financial performance standards and building performance measures.
Work with Property Management Department to prepare annual budgets.
Review annual audit and tax filings.
Prepare the required financial reports to the funders.
Coordinate and participate in monitoring by funders.
Real Estate Oversight Review physical needs assessments.
Develop and update capital replacement plans.
Compliance Collect and organize all project documents and other relevant information pertaining to CHP's real estate portfolio.
Summarize all funder's project requirements.
Maintain a compliance system which tracks reporting requirements.
Complete and/or coordinate the completion of all compliance and regulatory reports.
Work with other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Assist with the development of operational policies for other departments as needed.
Manage regulatory, legal and financial compliance for all L.
P.
s and LLCs.
New Development Serve as a liaison between Property Management, Financial Services and Housing Development during the pre-development, development and rent-up of new sites.
Other Participate in initiating and managing capital improvement projects in existing sites.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES A minimum of three to five years of real estate experience, preferably in affordable housing.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing asset management systems strongly preferred.
Ability to understand and analyze complex financial statements.
Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
The ability to work with people from diverse educational and personal backgrounds.
Strong interest in doing social justice advocacy and working with homeless population.
RE Broker's license a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
