Vice President – Case Leader

Business Overview:
Founded in 2013, Consulting Americas works closely with BNPP's executive management and senior leadership to design and implement high-level, strategically important projects, and shape the development of the Bank in the region (US, Canada, and Latin America). The team is rapidly growing, and has recently opened an office in San Francisco to meet the demand of projects involving Bank of the West.
The team is highly collaborative internally within Consulting Americas and externally with clients across the Bank. Engagements can span multiple business lines, functions, and/or regions within various BNP Paribas entities, including, but not limited to, Bank of the West and Corporate & Institutional Banking.
Throughout the interview process, which will include a behavioral component and case interviews, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the firm and your role within the Consulting Americas SF office.
Responsibilities:
Independently support project delivery, with greater focus on managing day-to-day project activities under the direction of a Director and client stakeholders (e.g. developing presentations and content, conducting stakeholder meetings)
Bring content expertise and drive resolution of complex issues
Build long-term relationships with clients
Support proposals to acquire new projects
Manage and motivate a team of associates and analysts
Coordinate activities related to the build-up of Consulting Americas in San Francisco, including recruiting (agencies, RPO, interviewers ) and billing
Build the Digital capabilities of Consulting Americas, including by training new hires and creating project-based proof points
Minimum
Qualifications:
Strong background within consulting and/or financial services
Demonstrated ability to take on leadership roles on critical projects and work with senior management
7 years of proven experience
Develops well-structured frameworks to solve complex problems and provides guidance to efficiently complete projects
Defines, conducts and/or supervises the necessary research and analysis for a project module
Detailed-oriented and ability to learn quickly and immerse deeply
Provides slides, charts, and storylines that are client-ready
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio and SharePoint
Ascertains quality of work of junior colleagues
Communicates all necessary information to the team
Encourages and motivates junior colleagues towards distinctive work
Coaches junior colleagues and helps structure problems
Ability to deliver quality results against fast-paced project deliverable deadlines
Proven ability to execute complex projects with large number of dependencies
Presents convincingly in client interactions
Develops an understanding of the client's problems
Demonstrated ability to influence actions and gain the support of others to meet objectives
Proposes solutions to help solve client conflicts

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
