eCommerce Delivery Lead - Customer Experience Domain

The Customer Experience domain supports the planning, delivery and operations of all Stores, eCom and CRM technologies. The Domain plays a critical role of bridging Product Management with DevOps balancing delivery of new capabilities, operational improvements and technical currency. This role focuses on delivering and planning these activities in a timely manner, making sure we have a strategic plan as well as helping the teams remove tactical blockers.
Position Summary
The Domain Delivery Lead eCommerce focuses on the following main
Responsibilities:
Drive management and delivery of business capability roadmaps across Product Management (PDM), Architecture, and DevOps
Maintain deep industry knowledge in custom eCommerce strategies, technologies, trends and how they are reflected in GapTech systems and business operations
Drive early phase explore activities to evaluate opportunities
Drive Path to Portfolio activities including initiative estimation activities across DevOps, SI's and vendors.
Drive delivery of business capabilities with DevOps with long term capability roadmap and strategy
Provide Executive oversight to projects weighing scope, schedule and budget against business capability roadmaps. Manage relationships and be central point of contact with audit teams regarding eCom technology projects.
Provide operational performance to Production and online brand executives
Analyze overall eCom operational performance and efficiency from a process and technology perspective.
Minimum
Qualifications:
10
years of professional experience plus a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent degree or work experience.
Strong understanding of overall IT processes, IT roles, project/program/portfolio management methodologies, IT finance and portfolio resource planning. Performance management and reporting
Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communications and the ability to work well with business and technical teams.
Action/Decision Oriented mind set. Team player in a highly matrixed environment
Adaptable to changing requirements and direction
Creative thinker, leveraging their prior expertise to solve problems in an innovative way
