Summary:
Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a Project Manager with 7
years of relevant project management experience in the San Francisco, CA area.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a program of projects associated with a specific business strategy.
The candidate will lead project teams and manage complex high visibility projects that span one to two years in duration across multiple stakeholder communities within an organization.
He/she will manage a project team throughout the entire project life-cycle from problem definition, requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Solid knowledge of financial services and online/mobile environments Proven ability in leading project teams and managing complex high visibility projects that span one to two years in duration across multiple stakeholder communities within an organization Proven ability in managing a project team throughout the entire project life-cycle from problem definition, requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation Solid knowledge of project planning and budgeting on highly complex projects Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to coordinate effective collaboration across a team of project managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well organized, logical and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivery of presentations to all levels within the organization Ability to develop detailed project plans, based on a work breakdown structure, that provides the ability to manage critical path Effective skills in facilitating meetings and other forums involving a large number of participants/stakeholders and driving toward desired outcomes within prescribed timeframes Strong inter-personal, influencing, negotiating, consensus building, and conflict resolution skills Commitment to being part of a team and working within a diverse environment Ability to be highly organized and effective working in a fast paced environment Solid understanding/knowledge of and practical experience using industry-standard SDLC methodologies Prior experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio Required Skills:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
