About the Team
The Corporate Facilities team is integral to the overall success of the organization and is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of our corporate campuses. The Facilities team works closely with partners in all brands to drive this effort.
About the Role
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance and repairs of our San Francisco and Rocklin corporate offices.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
Manage the Corporate Facilities Emergency Response Team (ERT) Program and emergency preparedness which includes recruiting and training associates, managing and coordinating annual drills, webinars, workshops, etc for SF and Rocklin facilities
Active member of the Business Continuity Program (BCP) representing Corporate Facilities
Oversee and manage product coordination teams at multiple buildings
Helps manage flow of all incoming/outgoing samples to/from the warehouse
Oversee and manage a team of facilities professionals, receptionists and shuttle drivers and fleet
Manage service schedules and scopes of work for repetitive services
Oversee and manage repairs requests and work orders using work order management system (Service Channel); large and small projects
Help manage Facilities SF requests and follow up with executives and associates on repairs & maintenance issues
Manage external Vendors (Electricians, plumbers, Movers, Carpenters, Janitors) which includes onboarding new ones and maintaining existing ones
Oversee/monitor ergonomic program; coordinates evaluations with external vendor
Assist with company events
Manage lighting supplies inventory and recycling program
Familiar with Cal OSHA and Federal OSHA regulations, as well at San Francisco High Rise regulations. Manage Life Fire Safety equipment, ensure all OSHA and SFFD requirements are maintained
Coordinates with Risk Management for UIL recovery and insurance claims and BCP
Performs basic facility maintenance, and scheduled building inspections
Helps manage HVAC physically and remotely (Temperature adjustments)
Update maintenance manuals as needed
Performs other duties as assigned

7 years facilities and building manager experience and SF High Rise Regulations
Certified in First Aid, AED and CPR
Bachelor's Degree
Must have a valid CA driver's license
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of work order management systems
High sense of urgency and ability to work in a very fast paced, high volume environment
Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented
A high level of customer service with professional verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and ability to interact at the executive level
Flexible; must be available to work overtime hours and weekends as needed
Carry a cell phone to handle emergency and/or after hours calls

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
