Material Handler Supervisor
As a Material Handler Supervisor, you will:
- Be responsible for supervising, planning, coordinating and administering the activities of the San Francisco Mint IMD division. - Be responsible for planning the receipt, storage, issuing and delivery of a variety of bin and bulk supplies, mail receipt and delivery, materials and equipment, utilizing lean production concepts, for use by the production and administrative components located at various locations under the jurisdiction of the San Francisco Mint. - Operate a propane gas and electrically operated forklift with a load capacity up to 8,000 pounds in order to move supplies and equipment from one area to another. - Insure that the storage and distribution of supplies and equipment is compliant with lean principles, first-in first-out, supermarket, pull system, Kan ban, etc. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
