POSITION SUMMARYSan Francisco headquarters is currently in search of an Accounting Administrative Staff for a 3-6-month long contract position.
We are looking for someone who is organized and has great attention to detail.
This individual will be working remotely primarily with staff on the West Coast.
You must be available during regular business hours for meetings and to respond to communications in a timely manner.
The position will be remote for the duration of the contract.
This position will be focused on transferring data into the Loan Software System and AP System.
Ideal candidates will have experience assisting with Excel data imports and exports as well as a commitment to accurate and concise data.
PROJECT SUMMARYClient has engaged with the City of San Francisco in distributing 150 grants to Charter Schools.
This individual will work with accounting and finance to set up vendors and validate the setup of each grant using Precision LM, a Loan Servicing Tool.
You will need to work alongside with the accounting and finance department to set up new vendors weekly, import data into the Loan Servicing System as well as accounting System (MIP).
Once loans have been set up, each loan will need to have initial disbursements recorded within the system.
Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesCoding and Uploading InvoicesFilling out upload templatesReviewing data for accuracy Data analysis (reading/validating)Can work with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds (accounting, finance, & IT)Strong Excel skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
