Help oversee projects, providing feedback and solutions to the engineering team, throughout the entire development process--from the defining objectives stage, to monitoring engineering resources, to ensuring timely project delivery of the highest possible quality.
Analyze and make recommendations on changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect all engineering organizations and establish Salesforce-wide strategies and policies for improving efficiency and team performance across all engineering teams and business units.
Provide guidance to engineering team members within the latitude of newly established policies and strategies.
HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco:
123 Mission Street, 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, 50 Fremont Street, 101 Spear Street.
The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco.
Edu requirements:
Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the field of software engineering or four (4) years of experience in the job offered or Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering or six (6) years of experience in the job offered.
