Sephora Diversity & Inclusion Department is seeking a Diversity, Inclusion and Data Analytics Senior Manager. This role will be an essential partner to the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion on the successful roll-out and implementation of Sephora D&I Heart Journey Strategy and initiatives across the company.

Your role at Sephora:

As a Diversity, Inclusion and Data Analytics Senior Manager, you will be reporting to the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion. In this exciting role, you will partner with our 11 internal D&I Task Forces and key stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, etc. ) to develop and implement key D&I initiatives and programs to attract and advance underrepresented talent, create safe spaces for our employees, and foster inclusive shopping experiences for our consumers. You will also provide operational leadership to Sephora INCommunities (our Employee Resource Groups) and manage our D&I data analytics and reporting. You are a strategic problem-solver who excels at collaborating cross-functionally with a D&I or Communications/Marketing program management background, and a strong ability to build and execute on strategies to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.

In addition, you will:

  • Serve as a Diversity partner to our D&I Task Forces for their initiatives and provide active support to the overall coordination and animation of the Task Forces across the company
  • Develop and implement D&I initiatives targeting employees, consumers and communities from start to finish, including planning, coordination, and ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Manage Sephora INCommunities to ensure execution of their D&I Roadmaps, support their transition from Employee Resource Groups to Business Resource Groups, and consolidate and deliver their reporting on planned activities
  • Provide Diversity expertise and resources for diversity content development and facilitation
  • Influence and support our D&I communications internally and externally working in partnership with our Corporate Communications, PR, Marketing and Internal Communications partners.
  • Use Dashboards to analyze data related to all D&I initiatives and prepare monthly D&I reports
  • Conduct D&I assessments, and surveys to measure impact, and conduct benchmarking analysis
  • Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiatives

We re excited about you if you have:

  • 7 years working on D&I projects and/or implementing data-driven initiatives
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR or Communication/Marketing project management
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate project objectives, deliverables, and expectations
  • Strong ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects and driving them to completion
  • A proven track record of facilitating company-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders (we have 11 D&I Task Forces!)
  • Strong experience analyzing data, developing dashboards, and working with surveys
  • Ability to present ad hoc as well as formal presentations to senior management and employees alike
  • A can-do spirit comfortable with highly collaborative environments with a strong passion for D&I

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
