The Customer Resiliency Team (CRT) develops and implements programs to promote the safety and resiliency of our customers by providing portable and permanent energy solutions for regular use or during a grid outage.

Everything we do starts with the customer.

Reporting on our programs and incorporating data into our decision making is critical for our success.
Internal and external stakeholders have reporting expectations for the team.
The work of the CRT is rapidly evolving, making it critical to ensure that data is managed in a way that helps team members identify issues and insights such that our programs can benefit customers.

Position Summary

The Business Analyst Senior will be responsible for completing the internal and external reporting requirements for the CRT team.
The position will (with support from other team members) be responsible for data that is created and owned by the team.
The position will also be responsible for implementing data research projects to help refine program goals.

The position will be responsible for ensuring that all reporting and data management functions and processes are fulfilled and documented.

The Business Analyst will conduct research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations.
The Business Analyst will participate in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives, and help develop, manage and coordinate performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains program data and reporting based on guidelines developed in accordance with team members and regulatory requirements.
  • Manages internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Develops and uses metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations.
    Presents findings and recommendations to leaders.
  • Develops and documents processes and procedures over program data management and metrics development.
  • Manages small to mid-size projects.
  • Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data.
  • Helps the leaders on the team pull together executive level presentations and summaries for internal leadership and external stakeholder review.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Job-related experience, 4 years
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Desired:

  • 3 or more years of experience working with database
  • 3 or more years of experience in SQL and other programming languages
  • 3 or more years of experience in construct executive presentation in PowerPoint and/or Google slides
  • Experience working in Business Finance
  • Experience in Palantir Foundry
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience with data in MS excel or similar tools
  • Ability to clean, interpret and model data
  • Ability to work with Agile development and mythology
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to interpret and explain (written and verbal) data trends and findings to team members and leadership; communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
