We are seeking an experienced product manager to join our growing Digital Product team. You will balance internal and external risks to discover, specify, and deliver value to Sunbasket and its customers via digital innovation. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to drive the evolution of Sunbasket's applications as we move to a highly personalized subscription service and shopping experience. You will be responsible for synthesizing multiple viewpoints and sources of data to define, implement, and iterate on digital product strategy and priorities. You will wear any hat necessary to get the job done. What you'll be doing:
Guide investments in continuously improving the value our digital interfaces generate for our customers. Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, finance, test kitchen, operations and engineering to prioritize, design, and define product functionality. Prioritize features and functionality to meet business goals and user needs. Create and maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog for your product area. Use data to drive product decisions, define success metrics and measuring outcomes. Write clear and actionable product requirements as part of an agile design and development team. Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios. Provide product review and guidance of features and delivery timeframes. Ensure delivery of expected business value from products and features built. Who you are, and why you're right for us:

years of experience as product manager for consumer web and mobile applications. Track record of discovering, specifying, and delivering business value via digital product innovation. Experience in agile discovery methodology working with UX design and engineering to prototype, user test, and iteratively refine product concepts resulting in prioritized, clearly defined requirements. Familiarity with modern cloud-based software development lifecycles. Comfort in using event-driven product analytics tools to derive consumer insights & inform roadmaps. Detail oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically. Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work well on a highly collaborative and cross-functional team. Self-directed; innovative thinker and problem solver. BA or BS required. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Behavioral Economics or related field is a plus.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
