It's closed to cars. It's a 5 min walk to Sanchez where you can stroll to 24th street. Sanchez is mostly flat. Easy walking to public transit to Glen Park, Bernal Heights, Mission, Castro, and Diamond Heights neighborhoods. 2 min walk to Bus stops for #35 and #52. We are right next to one of the best parks - Glen Canyon - that's perfect for hikes and strolling. Dog parks are within walking distance. Very close to Twin Peaks (15 min hike) where you can get the best views of the entire city, Golden Gate Bridge, and the rest of the Bay and Pacific Ocean. Within 2 min walk (flat), you have access to the Diamond Heights shopping plaza (Safeway, Walgreens, Bank of America, US Post Office, Small Cafes, and restaurants). Behind Safeway is access to Glen Canyon Park. The best way is by walking and public transit. Bus 35 and 52 stops are within 2 min walk. Both go to Glen Park BART station with easy access to most of the greater Bay Area. 52 also goes to Forest Hill Muni Station. Discount available for 1 year lease.
