Hello! Looking for someone to take over my single bedroom starting ASAP in a four bedroom, three bath Sunset home, in a month-to-month lease. This house is spacious with plenty of natural light, a huge backyard, abundant free parking, rooftop access, and easy access to Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park. The kitchen is up to date with plenty of cabinet and fridge space. Laundry, dishwasher, and BBQ are also included. The room will be empty by November 1st, possible move in available before. You would have your own bathroom connected to the bedroom (approximately 12'x12' with 2 closets) that faces the backyard for nice sun and cool wind. Rent for the room is $1300 and Utilities/WiFi are separate bringing the all in total to about $1300-1500. To move in there would be an upfront $1300 security deposit, a background check, and a lease agreement to be signed. What you would be coming into: you would be the 4th person in the house, joining a group of guys in their late 20's early 30's. We're all working professionals, who like to have a good time, enjoy sports, traveling, music and hosting friends! You can make this experience whatever you want!! To put it simply, this house is amazing. The rent has stayed the same, everything is fixed within 24 hours, and the neighbors are great. What we're looking for: preferably some age 25-35. Ideally, you have a sense of humor and don't mind a bit of banter to start your day. This is a fun-loving, respectful, clean house and we want to keep it that way! High-quality serious applicants only as we care about the house culture and want to bring in a good person.
