Hi! I'm looking for someone to share a lovely house in the Inner Sunset/Golden Gate Heights with me. About the house: 2 bedroom/1 bath. Your room would be the slightly larger one, priced accordingly. (I listed it as 1 bedroom because there is only 1 room available). The house gets such great light, is very spacious for 2 people and is on a quiet residential street right below Grandview Park. Parking is super easy as well. There is a huge yard that has both a bottom level and a deck with a great view of Sutro. The landlord is such a sweet man and I think he would be very responsive. He is looking to fill it starting in May or June. I am also open to a summer subletter if that is what works out. About me: Female, about to be 30, currently work from home but I'm hoping to mix that up soon, and I adore my big dog who would be your other roomie :) She's a sweet lazy mastiff named Tater, and she loves her people (which you would become one of). I love to cook, I love any outside activity, catch me hanging out in every park in the city, and I recently got very into rec sports (dodgeball and kickball). I love for my home to be clean, inviting, a nice place to chat and have friends over for a game night or dinner party.
